Fees

Office visits are charged on pre-operative visits. Routine post-operative care is included in the surgical fee and will not be charged separately. We ask that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of your office visit unless other arrangements are made. Our insurance specialists are available to answer any specific insurance or payment questions you may have.
