Peter W. Wagner, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Peter Wagner joined Surgical Associates of Springfield in 1980. Dr. Wagner graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Masters degree in Biology. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1973. While in medical school, Dr. Wagner was selected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his surgical internship at L.A. County U.S.C. Medical Center and his residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Dr. Wagner is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honorary Society and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Clark County Medical Society.

Dr. Wagner has served as the chairman of the Cancer Committee and for the Department of General Surgery at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He actively practices at Springfield Regional Medical Center, Ohio Valley Medical Center and the Springfield Surgery Center.

Dr. Wagner practices general surgery and dialysis access procedures. He resides in Springfield with his wife Diana and their three children.
